Works great! Floats well with camera and did not rust from saltwater use. We did rinse it after use per instructions. The only gripe i did have is that while walking around with it hanging from wrist strap the tripod separates but not a big deal to just hold it. Easy to setup and use. Great value!

This product is light duty, the material is sturdy but not that sturdy that it could not be broken easily. The ease of use is excellent. Make sure that you realize that it's an extension as well and has three segments. You need to twist to unlock One direction, and twist to lock in the other direction. It is lightweight and quite buoyant so it is truly floatable. It's a good value for the money and the size is quite compact when it's all folded up. It perfectly fit a multitude of cameras that I have. I use it all the time instead of my regular tripod.

This is the second time I’ve bought this product, I gave it a second chance and it disappointed me fatally, even Rihanna wouldn’t have trusted Chris Brown like I trusted this “floating” mount. Let me clarify, this is like having a life jacket that would float and let you fall right out of it, it is about as trustworthy as a drink from Bill Cosby or a massage day on Epstein Island, I owned this for about a year the first time, used it a fair amount, I gave it the slightest of twists to secure my camera and the head of this snapped off like a French Monarch in the guillotine. Luckily - before I jumped off the boat, that was two years ago, I was a little spooked but I did not find an alternative floating tripod for the same money and decided it was maybe mishandling on my end and gave it another go, I bought it again earlier this year, took it on vacation this week, used it twice, however on the third time I adjusted the tilt on the camera (a mistake that would prove to be greater than putting a tornado full of hammers in a glass factory) the mount for the camera immediately snapped off after hitting the water from a 17 foot jump, luckily the mount floats even though it was never let go of and I got to save a now useless $30 something dollar piece of plastic, my $300 dollar GoPro however is now baptized and entombed in a watery grave on the Pacific side of Costa Rica. If you like throwing money in the toilet you should seriously consider wasting yours on this product instead. This is now sitting in the garbage but at least if it ends up in the ocean some day it will float and maybe cross paths with my camera again some day!

I wanted a telescoping handle for my GoPro for our trip to Antarctica. This handle rose above the others for me because it floats. Seeing as we would be traveling by rubber speedboat from ship to shore I was concerned I might drop the rig in the ocean. This was a real concern wearing gloves. Fortunately, I never dropped it and it gave me great shots as we ran the marathon on King George Island. The tripod function also came in handy. A good product

Connects easily to my camera. Floats, no issues. I only wish the legs didn't expand whenever they feel like it. Maybe a stronger locking tripod mechanism? I use a rubber band around the legs.

Se siente de muy buena calidad, el soporte del centro hace que batalles al ponerlo como tripie, pero si lo sabes acomodar funciona.

Insta 360x4 :The item i used it and dropped while in water and it did not float. The stick is really thin im sure if its suppose to be used for an insta 360 weight

Compatable with DJI action 5 extends quite a lot and long enough for underwater. It floats well and is very visible with orange tip. The tripod at the base is really excellent very stable

Most of the one star reviews seem to be based on the Bluetooth pairing and I agree that the instructions provided with the product should be simpler and clearer. Quite simply, to pair the stick with the camera: 1- Turn the camera on. 2- Turn the selfie stick on by holding down its power button for two seconds. 3- on the selfie stick, hold both the shutter and QS buttons down together until a message pops up on the camera screen asking if you want to allow the connection. Accept the request on the camera screen and you’re good to go. Also, you only need to do this once unless you later choose to unpair the device. It’s basically the process listed on page 13 of the selfie stick instruction manual point number 7 to “clear the Bluetooth pairing”. This should have been better worded to include that is also the same process to connect to a new device. I haven’t tested it out in the ocean but it works perfectly on land and also submerged in water in my laundry tub. For me, it works fine with the DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro camera both in and out of the Telesin brand waterproof case which I bought separately. The selfie stick feels comfortable, well made and of excellent quality. I am absolutely delighted with this product.

Perfecto para lo que quería, flota bien y lo he usado debajo de agua sin ningún problema. En mi caso lo usé con la DJI action 5 pro.
