Why does choosing the right iPad model matter for magnetic fit?

The magnets are placed specifically for each iPad model, so the case needs to match your exact iPad size to snap on securely. If the case looks like it fits, but the magnetic hold feels weak or not working at all, you may have picked the wrong size.

How can I tell which size is right for my iPad?

Double-check your iPad model in Settings > General > About and compare it to the model shown in the product images. Each case is made for specific iPads, so choosing the right version is important for proper fit and function.

How does the flap work?

The case has an adjustable flap for a flexible fit that secures the Pencil while keeping charging accessible. When open, the flap conveniently attaches to the back of the case so it stays out of your way while you use your iPad.

Can I charge my Apple Pencil with the Folio Case on?

Yes. The Folio Case leaves the magnetic charging spot free, so your Apple Pencil can stay attached and charge.

How protective is the Folio Case?

The Folio Case is made for slim protection. Think of it like a light book cover for your iPad: it protects the front and back against scratches, scuffs, and daily bag life, but it is not a thick bumper case with corner protection.
