The stiffness was perfect it does however have a salty taste. Wasnt like by anyone eating it.

I opened it and tasted it and immediately threw it in the trash and couldn't return it because it was a food product.. don't waste your money it's absolutely disgusting

If you want to make a bakery style cake then this is the best frosting for you, we frosted our Valentine’s cake and put it in the fridge overnight and took it out and smoothed it out and decorated it. Just a little tip that we did was run the cake knife under hot water warming the knife making it much easier to smooth the cake out, the cake looked perfect!!

I was really impressed with the depth of color on this black buttercream, a color I’m sure I never would have been able to achieve making it myself. I asked prior to purchase if this would stain teeth. I was assured it would not. I have a bride that wants an entire solid black tier in her wedding cake. I put the smallest little dollop on a spoon to taste it when it arrived-the taste was pretty good, BUT the smallest little bit I could manage had my entire mouth black. I would recommend only using this product for very small details.

This frosting is great. The colo took some mixing and had to let it sit for s while and it deepened. Taste wasn’t the best but nothing some flavor and added sugar couldn’t fix. Plus, along side my homemade buttercream it works well together. Would purchase again.

I really like this buttercream frosting. It is my 'go to' when I frost cakes or cupcakes. Good value for the money ! I will definitely order again ! Highly recommend !

Flavours fight each other. I was hoping for almond flavour. But the butter cream flavour turned me off . Pick one or other
