Too fast finish batery charge

Battery Draining very fast, showing 20% but will shut down. Please do not buy from this seller!

Phone is great. Easy to transfer stuff from old phone to new one. Battery could last a bit longer, but I still get a full days use before needing to charge it up again. There were no scratches or anything wrong with the phone when it arrived despite the box being partial smashed in. I will definitely recommend this seller when asked.

NO LO RECOMIENDO. Compré el s22, si bien el dispositivo llegó en buen estado a primera vista, empezaron a surgir los detalles. Vivo en un estado muy caluroso, esto no ayuda a los problemas de sobrecalentamiento que ya trae de fabrica por el procesador, aparte de esto, la pantalla se veía de buena calidad pero, tenía errores de ensamblaje, si presionabas por la parte de la huella un poco fuerte, se escuchaba un clickeo, esto es preocupante, porque se puede romper en cualquier momento la pantalla, aparte de eso, el lector de huella bajo pantalla se logra ver sio ves en cierto ángulo, y se ve claramente que no está centrado. Aparte de eso coloque un vidrio templado, que estaba certificado para que funcionará la huella, y no funcionó con este dispositivo, pienso yo que es porque no es de buena calidad el lector o pantalla. Además la duración de batería no es buena, y esto combinado con el sobrecalentamiento degrada aún más la batería, viendo un simple video en Youtube el CPU estaba en 48C y la batería en 42C, la batería no debería pasar de 40 🙅, cuando hago alguna videollamada es lo peor, la batería llegaba a los 49C esto es letal. ESTO AUN CONFIGURANDO EL CELULAR PARA QUE NO SE SOBRECALENTARA (limite el cpu al 70%, limitando la pantalla a 60Hz, servicios en segundo plano, Bluetooth, datos, nfc, ubicación, etc) Me confíe con esta compra pensando que era un buen dispositivo, aunque mi objetivo era grabarme mientras patino al aire libre, etc. Siempre le pongo un cooler porque si no el celular se fríe, mejor valla se por el s23, ninguno de la generación s22 lo recomiendo.

I ordered this phone for my elderly father. I had a lot of difficulty setting up the phone, as it arrived dead and took a long time to charge. Things seemed kind of glitchy at first but I assumed it was because I'm used to iOS. I got it set up and went home (70 miles away). Two days later my dad called asking for help because the phone was inundated with weird pop ups (mind you, I only know what he was able to articulate to me, because when you're close to 80 years old, technology is confusing). He could not answer any calls on the phone. I asked him to wait until I could make another trip to sort the phone out. At that point, the phone started overheating. Impatient, my dad took it to a Verizon store and they told him that the battery was shot, extremely overheated. My dad shut the phone off and let it sit for a while. Fast forward to turning the phone back on and all the same issues kept happening. He couldn't make any calls from the phone and any calls that came in, the phone would not answer them. In frustration over missing calls for two weeks (since we activated the phone), my dad threw it, smashed it and shattered it to smithereens. I clearly couldn't return it for replacement at that point. Probably would have gotten more runaround and aggravation anyway. I've personally had mostly good luck with Amazon pre-owned phones. Unfortunately, this one was a complete loss. It wasn't in the condition that was advertised and showed more visible defects than described and didn't even come with a charging cable. Nothing, just a used and clearly non-functional phone in the box. Dad dug an old flip phone out of the junk drawer and he's using that now and happy as a clam...despite wasting over $200 on this phone and an additional $50 for a case and charging cables that he doesn't need now. I can't recommend the seller that sold this phone. The phone clearly hadn't been tested or inspected. If it had, they would have found the overheating issue immediately.

El producto no sirve, solo dura bien unos días y deja de funcionar. Llegó el producto bien, funcionaba normal aunque la batería duró muy poco. Después de una semana la pantalla dejó de funcionar y perdí todo. No es una compra segura, no lo recomiendo.
