Excellent choice!
Love the noodle! It is so delicious! My hubby has diabetes, it is a excellent choice for him, because it is low carbs and 0 sugar. Besides, it can be cooked in many different ways. Cold-served with fresh vegetables and favorite sauce, or you can stir fry the noodle with the vegetables you preferred with olive oil. Last night, I mixed the fresh shredded cucumber and scrambled eggs with spicy sauce with the noodle, it is fantastic! I am so glad I made the purchase, and I am glad I found the best option for my hubby. I Will definitely order more.

Wonderful noodles!
These are delicious. Give em a good rinse like it says on the box and they are like firm rice noodles with almost no calories and a good amount of fiber. A great choice for anything you would normally use ramen or rice noodles for!

Fantastic diabetic friendly noodles!
I bought these for my husband and I. My husband is diabetic and he loves these noodles! I mixed them in homemade Pesto and they are perfect!!

Not the best but still very good.
There was a slight aftertaste from these noodles. I do put sauce on the noodles and vegetables in this lesson day after taste.

Low cal pasta substitute
Great pasta replacement for low calorie, low carb diet. Though they don't have any flavor of their own, they take on the flavor of your meal. I find it perfect, you can create different dishes.

I was skeptical at first, but these were awesome! Similar to a Ramen noodle but just a bit more of a snap to it. I will order again, and again.

Better packaging
Not what l expected, tasty, yes, but the plastic bag is tiny, so for two people we use 3 bags. upgrade your packaging, less waste on materials.
