Wanted a second adapter for travel and this works as good as the OEM Airsense 11 power supply. The overall cord length is almost the same and the brick is smaller. I could never find actual dimensions info on this item via web search, so here are my at home tape-measure results of this KFD vs OEM (summary: KFD total cord length is 2" shorter, brick is 1" smaller length). AC cord length: KFD = 48". OEM = 70". DC cord length: KFD = 68". OEM = 48". Brick size (LxWxD): KFD = 3.62" x 1.88" x 1". OEM = 4.62" x 2.12" x 1.12". So far, this power supply is working as expected and never warm to the touch. My only gripe is the DC cord connection to the brick sticks out straight and is not angled flush like the OEM. Otherwise this seems to be a good option as a replacement or travel power supply.

I was traveling on a Viking River Cruise in Europe and plugged in my ResMed-11 CPAP Machine...and it would not power-up. It had been working just fine, at home, before the cruise. I noticed that the power adapter cord appeared to have a number of small puncture marks...my cats had done me in yet again (after earlier destroying two CPAP air hoses). I ordered this one as a replacement, received it in two days, and it has worked flawlessly. I have reconfigured my CPAP power cords so that they are much less accessible to my curious cats. I recommend this product.

Much smaller than the ac mains adapter for a large nhs cpap machine , fitted with the correct flat connector for Resmed air mini 24 volt. It has a separate mains supply lead. Excellent .i have 2 flat pin and 2 round pin leads fir my holidays abroad.....the only reason for buying an air mini so as to stop carrying the nhs heavy uk item in hand luggage in future

When travelling recently in Morocco there was a surge in the AC power overnight than totalled the power supply for my Resmed AirMini. Unfortunately Resemd does not appear to sell just the Power adaptor/supply, so I found this one and it worked perfectly.
