My favorite doll line ever!! Soooo worth the money. The instructions are clear and the process is super fun, my kids loved it. Suitable for most ages though some items are pretty small. The color change of the doll is super quick and so cool!!! Only downside is the plastic waste.

I bought this for my 6 year old niece. She loves it. She especially loved the baby mixie that came with it.

We wanted one of these dolls for my neices collection but dont plan on giving it to her until she is a bit older as she still tends to pull heads off randomly- and she is barely four years old so no, it's not that strange. The doll is slightly shorter than Barbie and similar to the height (only the height of the Disney Adoorbs or Decora line. We chose Deerle because she looked super cute and so did her pet. The pet, I believe, was the only accessory she came with aside from the crazy opening procedure- if you want to do this...but it can be easily skipped and saved for later. That part is more designed for the younger ones who will find the colour mixing fun. The price was higher than the other mixie Pixlings but it was still at retail and this doll is higher quality and has special functions like hair that changes colour when heated or "outside in the sun" and her pet accessory is cuter then she is. I was kind of disappointed with her face mold / makeup styling but can't take off a star because she doesnt look like the company mock-ups. Something about the ear position and her eyes appear drooping and oblong.

Third wave of Magic Mixies Pixlings are1000% adorable! Love the little pet & also comes with additional accessories of hair barrettes, rubber bands, comb, stand. I don’t think these are worth it if the price is over $17 - $ 20 there are too many to collect. The gimmick of potions is a magical add for kids. I don’t believe there are refills for the potions but you can 100% put the doll back and do the reveal again. Hopefully Moose Toys will follow up with potion refills like the other Magic Mixies reveal toys. Cons are lots of plastic for a 6” doll the outer genie bottle, the inner tube, the plastic around the doll, the plastic packaging and a plastic doll with plastic hair & accessories. Besides the doll it’s a lot of throw away plastic so I’ll likely store dolls inside the bottles. The bottles are very cute but bulky.

LOVE these dolls, they’re so pretty and their outfits are really cute. The hair is full and doesn’t easily tangle. However I hate the ridiculous amount of packaging. I know it’s part of the whole gimmick but honestly, I feel like most kids don’t care that much, they’d love the doll without it. I want to collect more of these but I don’t want more jugs to feel guilty about throwing away.
