N-GEN GAMING Gaming Chair with Footrest, Lumbar, High-Back, All Black

It arrived SUPER FAST! THANK YOU SO MUCH! IT'S PERFECT. MY SON LOVES IT. HE WAS ABLE TO PUT IT TOGETHER IN LESS THAN 30 MINS. IT'S SO COMFORTABLE. WE PURCHASED THE CARBON BLACK AND IT LOOKS SHARP! FEELS STURDY AND THE BACK SUPPORT IS GREAT. I LIKE THAT YOU CAN ADJUST IT AT WHATEVER RECLINED POSITION YOU WANT. THANKS AGAIN!

Looks good and relatively comfortable. The bottom is a little rigid for me and I ended up getting a cushion for it and not its very comfy. The head and back supports need a little adjustment for best placement but doable. Notice that they are held in place with straps which are visible and so cosmetically little inferior compared to the high-end/expensive chairs that have internal attachment and adjustment mechanisms. The assembly was relatively easy but I needed to both look at the video and the manual that came with it to get it done right. The foot rest is a nice bonus but don't think I'll be using it much. I recommend it.

I absolutely love this chair! I’m 6’2”, and it’s not always easy to find a chair that’s truly comfortable, but this one exceeded my expectations. It provides great support, and the cushioning stays comfortable even after sitting for hours. One of my favorite features is the reclining backrest and the retractable footrest. While I’m printing large batches of documents from my home office, I can simply lean back, put my feet up, and relax while waiting. It has made my workdays much more comfortable. The chair also looks great, feels sturdy, and was easy to assemble. If I ever needed another office chair, I would absolutely buy this one again. Highly recommended for anyone who spends long hours at a desk.

I will start off by saying I am 5'7" and 155 to 158 pounds depending on how many desserts I have eaten that week. I am mostly happy with this chair. I will start with the good things: The instructions are clear and it is quite easy to put together. It took me all of 10 minutes. The chair seems fairly sturdy, especially considering the price. For me, it is comfortable. I have support in all the correct spots to keep me from having pain. The height adjustment gives you a perfect range for all the desk sizes available. I really like the tilting back feature. Unlike most chairs, you can lock it in at any angle up to its max; it is not just straight up or all the way back. Now for the neutral: The lumbar pillow is quite uncomfortable; it is too thick and firm. It may be good for other people thought. The padding in the back and seat are a bit thin and firm. I still find it comfortable but it would me more comfortable if there was more padding. Now for the bad: The leg support is designed poorly. It is connected to flimsy metal tubing with what appears to me to be a substandard mounting device. Someone once asked me to borrow my leg because they had something caught in their teeth. That should tell you how scrawny my legs are. When using it, even my twig legs are causing it to flex. I fear it will bend the tubing or snap the attachment point if I put all my weight on it. I still think this is a nice chair for the price. It would be almost perfect if they increased the strength of the footrest tubing and gave it two mounting points instead of just one.

Very comfortable. The instructions were so easy to understand. Screws clearly labeled, instructions told you exactly what screw to use, it took one attempt to get it all put together. Two of the Allen screws were out of tolerance and the Allen wrench wouldn't fit right but it came with extra so no harm no foul. Everything arrived well protected, no damage. The lumbar support and neck support are very comfortable. Great looking chair. Solid base. Durability has yet to be seen but if it's as durable as the the instructions are well written/easy to assemble... Maybe in a few months I'll come back and edit my review but so far I'm impressed.

These are soft! Great quality materials! ! Padding is amazing. Not cheaply made! Comfy.. stable and quiet! Easy set up! Perfect size!

The chair comes with everything needed to put it together, assembly is easy and straight forward (instructions are included and easy to follow). It's comfortable and adjustable, with a locking lever for the reclining backrest. Customer support was great to deal with also, as mine came with a cosmetic issue. The hefty metal plate that connects the chair back & chair bottom together managed (probably during shipping/handling) to rest onto of one of the armrests, leaving a long deep crease in the arm padding. I contacted Customer support, sent pmphotos that they asked for, and they immediately sent out two new (both L &R) armrests. I do like that the armrests are fixed and bolted to the chair frame, making them comfortable to use and sturdy. I don't like the adjustable armrests that move up & down and rotate outward & inward, they tend to get loose and just move around quite easily while gaming and this chair was a much better option for me. Enjoying it so far, would recommend.

I’m really happy with this gaming chair. It’s comfortable to sit in even for long periods, and the cushioning provides good support. The faux leather feels durable and has a nice quality look and feel. It was easy to assemble, feels sturdy, and offers great value for the price. Definitely a great purchase!
