This is the best thing out! Yes it fit tight, but that’s the point to pull you in! It most certainly pulls you in! I look amazing, and feel even better. It even helps with my posture! The only thing I don’t like is the hooks down below. When I’m in a rush too pee I can never seem to unhook it fast enough, ugggg and after having a baby my bladder isn’t as strong as it use to be. Wearing a pad with this is useful. I see they have just a waist trainer, and I’m thinking about getting that also. Other than that I’m a so satisfied!

This is the first shaper that holds me in. It is tight around my back and after a 8 hour day I can’t wait to undo it but it still does the job.

I'm 5'2" and this thing is so long. There was probably an extra 3 inches at the top. If you're short this won't work for you unless you have a super long torso. It does suck you in which is why I gave it 3 stars.

Material not strong at all . Make my body look horrible . Like if I’m still pregnant.

Products ACTUAL sizing chart do NOT match the one provided within the pictures here. I took my measurements and followed the size chart shown online. When it got to me, there was NO WAY I could get into it.....that's because it was 3 sizes too small according to the size chart included with the item.
