The brace can be hard to fasten
The Neck Brace can be hard to tighten by yourself if you have trouble reaching behind you. Both hands need to be used to make sure the brace is in place. After that it is comfortable and does help stop pain and help with support.

Quality control fail - rigid element off-center.
(Enhanced version) This is a decent product, but before wearing you should **check alignment* of the built-in rigid insert with the foam. Both have a dip intended to fit directly under your chin which centers the support you get from both. If the rigid element **does not line up** with the foam collar, you have to choose between distribution of enhanced support and distribution of padding. If you center the rigid support, the soft collar on one side of your face will be taller than the other, and you’ll see the center of the padded collar off center at the bottom. If you center the collar itself, the rigid dip will be off center, and reach further back on one side than the other. I really need a collar, and think this is the one, but I’m returning it in hopes of getting one made properly. I just hope my choice - enhanced medium blue - doesn’t have an entire batch that was assembled badly.
