Came quickly and is well packaged. Small pills that are easy to swallow.

Vitamin K is supposed to be really good for you. I take it as a part of my stack. I know some people will complain in the reviews about sourcing but to be honest, I have a decent size supplement stack so I can't afford for it all to be fully organic.I do think, (or perhaps hope strongly) that Micro Ingredients is good quality. I have a good amount of powders and supplements from them and it seems to be good quality good price,No complaints here at the moment.Customer Service has been cool to me for the most part, I can't take away points from them there.Seems to be a good value company to me.

These smell great, are not stuck together, have no after taste. I like them and recommend.
