Where were you guys before i smashed my ear last week? Is it too late for this to work since i don't have mold of my original ear?

Not too late. We used it for our son after he got surgery to reduce inflammation and keep the ear in place as it was healing.

Puddy is setting too fast, 3 mins max. Can’t get it into mold in time. What’s up?
