I really like this cleanser and have been happy with how it performs. It’s gentle on my skin, doesn’t leave it feeling dry or tight, and still does a great job of cleansing. Thankfully it wasn’t a lot and didn’t affect the product itself, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, the quality of the cleanser makes up for the minor packaging issue. Great as both a face and body wash, especially in the shower. I love its jelly-like, hydrating texture—just don’t use too much or it can be difficult to rinse off. A high-quality product at an affordable price.

Have I tried almost every luxury and derm skin care brand ? Probably ! I guess the proof of my love for this is : At any given moment I now have one bottle in my shower , one by my sink , one by the bathtub, and two in reserve, because I have anxiety about running out. Does that sound crazy ? Maybe! But….It’s because I FINALLY found the cleanser of my dreams for my dry, sensitive , reactive , eczema prone skin . I have been using this for over a year exclusively and never have I had more compliments on my skin. It’s unscented, low lather, with a silky smooth, moist, ultra clean finish leaving nary a trace of the day, including mascara removal. I’ve given away everything else in my cupboard. It’s my holy grail cleanser.

This product is incredible. This is a slippery, gel-like cleanser that is cleansing and hydrating even when I have dry, sensitive skin. Very, very comparable to IS Clinical Cleansing Complex which I also love, but a better price point, more neutral packaging if left on the counter, AND a pump that doesn’t clog/plug up since last use. It also has a similar consistency (but Prequel is a superior product all around) to Naturium’s niacinamide cleansing gel.

Love the quality of the face wash - non drying and lathers so well. Minus one star because one of the pumps in the 2-pack was broken off and Amazon didn’t resolve the issue (I just asked for a replacement). The company should really package these a little better.

Firstly, so much volume! You definitely get your monies worth with two giant bottles. I use 2 pumps per wash and I’m being generous as one pump would probably be enough. Secondly, I love that it’s gentle yet effective enough to use all over my body! 2025 was an “improve my skin” year and showering with this is a must. The pump top makes it very easy to use when in the shower too. I was worried the texture would be ‘slimy’ but it isn’t! The viscosity is thicker than products I used in the past, but it is by no means slimy so do not let that deter you. And it’s fragrance free.
