## Description

Tecoma Plant are perennial shrubs and commonly grown flowering plants with very little care. The trumpet shaped flowers attract hummingbirds, bees and other pollinators. They do not require much maintenance and can grow almost everywhere. It is one of the easiest plants to grow for beginners. They are perennial flowering shrubs native to America and belonging to the family Bignoniaceae, These plants can grow up to a height of 6-9 feet tall. The barks are brown, woody with several branches. The leaves are pinnate, mostly olive green color, tapering and sharp at the edges. The plants bear trumpet shaped flowers that attracts most of the pollinators like bees and hummingbirds. The flowers are mostly bright yellow in color, They also bloom in pink, red and orange colors. The seeds are present inside the pods. The plants bloom mostly from summer till winter. The flowers are formed in clusters. These plants are mostly drought resistant.
