I went with the size large. It fit me perfectly. I was worried that the tutu wasn’t going to stick straight out, but it does! I painted the lace black because I needed it for a black swan costume. It was a hit!

It came with multiple runs and a hole!! So disappointing as this was to be used for a ballet performance and the runs are noticeably there.
