Was able to use for a week
I purchased this mobile for two reasons, 1) It lights up 2) It can be clipped to the sides of things, not just a crib. I wasn't a huge fan of the fact that you cannot use it without music playing, but I couldn't find a mobile that met my first two needs.It worked well for the first week. However, it started glitching a week later (of course I threw away the box and packaging after the second or third day, so a return was out of the question).This mobile has two settings, loud and soft, if it isn't turned off. The soft setting will not spin the mobile anymore and the lights on top strobe red (the lights on top are supposed to change different colors). The loud setting will turn and begin playing a song, but about five seconds in it starts over. So, you hear the same five seconds of song over and over.I would return it if I could. We stopped using it as it really doesn't work.
