I bought this one for hair growth.it has just been a few days, so I cant really comment on that. But I have started to breakout a bit, I dont know if it is because of these capsules or something else, but I am not facing any hair fall issue.

So far so good !I bought it for my parents who are passionate maintainers of healthy lifestyle since young times.Although the recommended dosage mentioned here is 2 capsules per day, they started slow with 1 capsule per day.Even though all advertised benefits have not been realized so far (too early), digestion and bowel movements seems to have improved a lot for them. They do not have to rely on warm water and other stuffs since they get up at 4.00 a.m even in 11 degree winter mornings.The oil form is cheap. Capsule format is almost 3.5 times more expensive.Product Owners: This is not a special medicine but a lifestyle habit. Which makes a case for regular consumption. Kindly think about pricing it competitively, it is way out of the ball park.

Very good quality product.My gentle advice is that everyone above 30 years of age must take atleast 1 capsule a day.You will really benifit from it in all aspects of health.
