I bought this last week. Unfortunately, almost a week after I bought it, my dog bit the phone and screen is damaged. I am ordering my next phone now.I am a person who do not want to use smarphone. Previously I was using itel phone with hotspot. When I saw this phone with upi I wanted to try it.This phone is good. Easy to type. Good sound quality. Pemium look. It looks great.Gupshup pay is truly an innovation over the upi *99# feature. Only what works in *99# will work in Gupshup pay also. *99# has lot of limitations in terms of interface, making it virtually unusable. But GSpay is usable.What one needs to know is that if you send money using mobile number, it will not work most of the time. You will be able to send money only to people who have registered their upi with BHIM app or Airtel payments app.However, it is not a major problem. You can scan the qr code code and send money to everyone. I have tried payments to atleast 50 stores and people. It works. However, there is a small waiting time for the payment to process, it takes almost 30 seconds. This is becasuse, the payment do not require data. The payment is processed through a series of sms. So it takes almost 30 seconds to finish the payemnt succesfully.ALso there is payment amount limit. I think it is 3000 or 5000.However, this works always. It do not require data connection. It is a boon to people like me who are on the path to digital detox.I want itel to clarity these things in their description and advertisemnts. I hope they send me a thank you note for writing this review.

Built quality, sound, battery life work 3-4 days with average daily use on single charging, screen size is bigger, budgeted, charging stays for 3-4 days with continuous use. Valuefor moneyIf your are looking for some other brand then, this is also one of the best.

Most of the time after calling it shows that number is busy when actually it is not.Also it stops working abruptly as shown in above video where I could no exit from that or even switch off it.I'm facing issues within few months of purchase
