Calcium 1200 mg with Vitamin D3 for Adults - Calcium Citrate Gummies

I have been using these supplement gummies every evening for about 6 months. I finally decided to write a review because I have simply not been able to find “better.” I am a APRN who prescribes but am always on the hunt for quality natural supplements and take a lot of natural supplements daily for various reasons. Because of my age (54yo female) I needed to find a good calcium supplement. I also have trouble sleeping because of age as well - mostly staying asleep. I look for 3rd party lab tested supplements always - that is a must. I wanted the highly absorbable calcium and magnesium - there is no point in taking it if it is going to wreck your gut and be a lower level of absorption. Vitamin D3 is also needed - all 3 work together. The reason I have kept looking beyond this one is I want a higher level of Mag Glycinate than this offers for sleep. I can find it but then there is not the calcium or D3. Mag G can help with sleep but usually in higher doses than 400mg which is what is offered here. Also - Vit D3 can give you energy so the fact that it has sufficient Mag G for “calm” does not necessarily aid with sleep at this level with the Vit D3 and Zinc effects. I do take them at night but that is because I take so many other supplements that was just the “better” time for me. I would think these would work best in the morning if not taking iron in the morning (Calcium lowers iron absorption) because you would get the mild calming effects from the lower dose Mag G and Ashwagandha and the mild energy help from Vit D3 and zinc. Calcium is just a necessary bonus. All that being said I have not noticed it helping with sleep but does help with feeling “calmer.” They taste great, do not stick together, are cost effective and good quality. So far I haven’t found another supplement that has the combination needed for absorption of all 3 vitamins like this one does. I’m sticking with them.

Based on the nutritional facts this is pretty good. Price is a bit higher but with only 2 gummies needed per day and fills the minerals needed works great. Last me about 2 months per order with eating 2 per day. The taste is nice like a fruit gummy so nice to chew and eat. I will be continuing to get these to supplement some missing minerals from my normal diet which heavily lacks these specific minerals.

I have been taking these combination gummies for some time. They include supplements I am required to take, taste great and are much more efficient than taking 3 different pills. They are a nice orange flavor and are very pleasant to take. However, the last shipment was different. They are now a sticky gummy (before there was some coating - probably sugar - that kept them from sticking together. They even get stuck at the bottom of the bottle AND stick to any other pill it touches. Not sure why they changed; they still taste good, but I'm not sure I'll 'stick' with them.

These calcium/magnesium /zinc gummies taste good and are easy to take. They are designed to support calcium absorption and contain Vitamin D3 and K2 as well as ashwagandha and Vitamin C. The subscription works well for me so I don't run out of gummies.

I absolutely love these vitamins. They are very tasty, easy to chew, and low calorie.

Have to take them. Like them much more than the pills. Great taste!

Awesome. The right combinations of bone-health nutrients in a superior format. This is SOOOO much better than tablets, which tend to be hard to swallow and feel as if they clump in my stomach. These do the opposite - they seem to soothe.
