Great alternative to LMNT
Originally went looking for LMNT and found this alternative which has the same ingredients in the same quantities. Tastes delicious, especially like the raspberry flavour! Encourages me to drink more water in the morning and gives me a nice energy bump.

Excellent addition to everyday diet
I started using these a few months ago and have noticed a significant difference in my ability to recover post exercise and the level of recovery in my muscles. I often got cramp in my left leg, I’ve added lots of different things to my diet to try and eliminate this but had not been successful until I started taking these daily electrolytes. I travel a lot with work and find my hydration is adversely affected by air travel and busy work schedule, adding two sachets daily to my diet has been a game changer. Would highly recommend.

Delicious
I have been using these electrolytes for a year now - buying directly from the company website. Used to buy the US brand (LMNT) but have found these to be much tastier. I've tried all four current flavours (watermelon, lemon lime, peach and raspberry) and the unflavoured one. At one stage or another each flavour has been my favourite - currently (whilst pregnant) it's got to be lemon lime as it's so refreshing. And using fizzy water (I have sodastream) gives it an extra hit. Get one of the RePowr insulated bottles, add loads of ice, fill with fizzy water and stick in a sachet - oh yum! My 20 month old also loves drinking mummy's fizz!
