It's a shame that it looks as decent as it does, and is priced as tolerably as it is (comparatively at least), and just fails to be the perfect solution I'd hoped for. One of the bars is loose and cannot be tightened even if you disassemble it as far as one can. It also can be tightened to the wall-mount as much as you want, but it will never NOT flex/shake just a smidgen. I might be too picky here, but it doesn't instill confidence when I take a towel off or put one on and it shifts just a bit. Also was a bit of a pain to install in the first place (likely because I chose the longest one so it's a bit much for one person to get one side started so it'll hold itself up while you secure the other side). On par for "not quite name brand" products IMO. Good enough, although I'd be hesitant to rely on it if you have kids. Not sure how many strong tugs it would survive.

Bought this to save space. I thought having the shelf was an added bonus, but it makes it kind of difficult to use the back rack. You can hang a towel on the back rack, it just is more difficult. But it is nice to have the unused towels on top. Looks great. And it’s wide enough that you can spread the towel out completely for better, faster drying.

This towel rack not only looks good but is really functional for spaces that don't have a ton of storage like mine. I was lucky enough to hit a stud for install but I would guess that something a little more heavy duty might be needed than what is provided if you are installing into drywall especially with weight of towels. I am really super happy with this purchase! If my spare bathroom was actually complete I would have posted a picture. I would recommend this towel rack.
