Very good for wound care
Very good for wound care. I'm not diabetic but I used it on a blister on my foot that was not healing very well. It immediately started to dry out and healed within a week. I gave what was left to a friend that was diabetic and he used it on a wound he had for quite a while. It dried out and healed very quickly

It. Works well on diabetic foot ulcers.
I use this on my husbands foot that will not heal. It cleans the wound, and takes out the dried on dressing. With this we have been able keep away infections without antibiotics. It cleans stuck on adhesive without scrubbing and irritation.

Great product, but a little pricey for the size. Helped heal my pups laceration with noticeable results. Was used twice a day for a week and that was all for the contents in the bottle.
