I was trying to recreate my SB iced shaken espresso w/ brown sugar syrup, if you get the oat milk version, they add cinnamon. This is NOT even close. I don’t taste any brown sugar, only hot cinnamon. It was like putting a shot of fireball in my coffee. If you like that great. I’m giving it 3 stars because I don’t like it. I got it overnight and came with a pump so that’s a great value for me, just don’t care for the flavor,

This Torani Brown Sugar Cinnamon syrup is so good! It adds the perfect warm, cozy flavor to my coffee without tasting artificial. The brown sugar flavor comes through nicely, and the cinnamon isn’t overpowering — it’s well balanced. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts quite a while. I’ve used it in hot coffee, iced coffee, and even mixed it into cold foam, and it tastes great every time. Definitely a must-have if you like that brown sugar shaken espresso vibe at home!

Flavor: When I think of cinnamon, I think holiday drinks- which I love. The cinnamon flavor in this is very dominant and is giving “fireball”, not the nutty hint of cinnamon flavor I was hoping for. I love cinnamon but not that kind, so I’ll have to keep looking. Pros: It came extremely well packaged in shrink wrap. It also has an expiration of Sept. 2027 and it’s currently February 2026. Cons: It’s kind of tall with the pump- you may have to be selective with storage especially if you have a counter or shelf above your coffee bar.
