Works well
I installed this in the basement to drain sinks and showers and washing machine. It works well I don't think it's too loud it does what it's supposed to do. I think it's a good product if it last.

works great
Perfect replacement pump for my shower and mop sink. Easy install and pretty quiet also. Running it on a 15amp GFI outlet with no issues.

Don't use in an area that you want dry...
This pump has been hit or miss. Sometimes it works fine, other times it puts water all over my basement... It will kick on, but not pump anything, maybe check valve getting stuck? I'm not sure. Don't waste your money, buy something name brand. This would work fine if you are using straight water and that is it... If you have any soaps, it will foam out of the silly vent hole they have on top of the unit. All in all, when it works, it works fine. But I am not okay with it working only 70% of the time...

Works but needs some figuring out
So this isn't ideal for the North American market where we use "inch" sized pipes instead of metric. While the output fittings work well for 1-1/2" pipe, I needed an adapter from the hardware store to connect one of the inlets to 1-1/2" pipe. And the instructions are not clear on how to install the check valve - which actually requires two fittings to connect to your outlet pipe. I attached pictures to help others.

Not the best but not the worst
First off the instructions are terrible and I do mean terrible. Once installed it has worked on and off, nothing consistent. It is loader than I expected it to be considering others I have used. Overall, for me this is not a good pump I would not recommend it.

Great pump but pay attention to what I found!
Alright, so I took the plunge and installed this NOVORIK 400W macerator pump in my basement. I'm no plumber, mind you, but I'm handy enough to tackle most DIY projects. The Good: Powerful Performance: For a 400W unit, it's surprisingly robust. It chews through waste effectively, and I haven't experienced any clogs so far. That's a huge relief, especially considering I'm using it for a toilet, sink, and shower in my basement. Relatively Quiet: Macerators are never silent, but this one is reasonably quiet. It's not going to win any soundproofing awards, but it's not annoyingly loud either. Compact Design: It fits neatly behind my toilet without taking up too much space. That was a key concern for me, as basement space is always at a premium. Versatility: The fact that it handles multiple fixtures is a major plus. It saved me from having to install separate pumps for each. The Not-So-Good: Installation Instructions: This is where NOVORIK dropped the ball. The instructions were vague and poorly translated. As a first-time installer, I had to rely heavily on online videos and forums, which added unnecessary frustration and time to the project. They really need to improve the clarity of their documentation. Connections: Some of the connection points felt a bit flimsy. I was extra careful tightening everything to avoid leaks, but I'm not entirely confident in their long-term durability. Vibration: There's a noticeable vibration when the pump runs. I've tried to minimize it by ensuring it's securely mounted, but it's still present. It might be worth investing in some vibration dampening pads. Initial Start-Up: The initial start up had me slightly nervous. It seemed to take a few cycles to get the hang of things. The NOVORIK 400W macerator pump is a solid piece of equipment that performs its core function well. However, the poor installation instructions and some minor design flaws detract from the overall experience. If you're an experienced DIYer or plumber, you'll likely have no problem installing it. But for first-timers like me, be prepared for a bit of a learning curve. Once installed correctly, it does what it's supposed to do, and that's the most important thing. I'd recommend it with the caveat that you'll need to do your research and be prepared to troubleshoot.

Good macerator
Got it for my basement to use it on a sink, so far has been working good with no issues. The noise level is really low. The built quality and the size is good for my application. Easy to install with most of the calms and elbows coming with it. Highly recommend it.
