Excellent. Pls take the supplement with a high fat meal for optimum absorption and to avoid any fishy burps that so many customers are complaining about.

I'm a vegan, so I did a lot of research before buying this. Its all vegan product. Here is my review - Genuine product and active customer support. Telling this after 3 weeks of usage. I can feel the improvement in my cognitive function and overall body feeling. I feel more relaxed and full, eyes are not dry now, headache like feeling in brain is gone and it feels full. Overall I feel quite stable.

It is a nice product I have ordered this two three times and the result is good. It is veg product so that is the best part of this product. Only thing is the smell of medicine is tough to adjust with. However looking at the benefits it needs to be overruled. However I would like to tell the maker to work on this area if they can then it would be more than excellent product.

Even though the label says its good and yes the dha epa content is decent ( need to take 2) its really important to state a big issue with this one - its straight up nasty. Fishy burps x10. There's no suppressing it, theres that nasty residue even next day. Ive had similar algae based ones and this is by far the most disgusting. Might sound overly dramatic but I had to vomit it out. I switched to the tata 1mg (which isn't even plant based) and it still tastes better. Oh and u only need to take 1 of those for RDA.

Seems ok. But the fishy burps are unbearable. For vegetarians, its not so pleasant. The smell of the tablet is also not great.

Got a very good result,but consistancy is the key ,have to be regular.i have seen noticeable changes in hair.

didn't get any burping sensation after taking this tablet. there is strong marine seaweed type of smell. The medicine is in liquid form and yellow in colour. Taking one capsule after lunch. taking this ovega along with b 12 + B9 Unived capsule after dinner. day one: eye irritation is reduced I am able to go in the sunlight. knee inflammation is reduced. day 2: able to stay awake during the daytime without sleep. day 3: I didn't feel any difference today day 4: While doing plank I can feel the strength in my WRIST day 5: skip medicine today day 6: Taking post dinner able to get a good sleep and wake up early in the morning easily. able to sit for longer time. Day 7: Water retention in body increased and feeling hydrated. Day 8 : Spine And other joints are feeling loose and some pain is there Day 9 : Able to see distant objects without strain. Benefitted for my eyes. Day 10: Some changes there in the bowel movement. Day 11. : toe Nails used to break vertically now they are healing Day 12: Throat muscles became active which were not used before. Overall it is good experience
