This is my second bottle.. effective

It is a nice product I have ordered this two three times and the result is good. It is veg product so that is the best part of this product. Only thing is the smell of medicine is tough to adjust with. However looking at the benefits it needs to be overruled. However I would like to tell the maker to work on this area if they can then it would be more than excellent product.

The media could not be loaded. didn't get any burping sensation after taking this tablet. there is strong marine seaweed type of smell. The medicine is in liquid form and yellow in colour. Taking one capsule after lunch. taking this ovega along with b 12 + B9 Unived capsule after dinner.day one: eye irritation is reduced I am able to go in the sunlight. knee inflammation is reduced.day 2: able to stay awake during the daytime without sleep.day 3: I didn't feel any difference todayday 4: While doing plank I can feel the strength in my WRISTday 5: skip medicine todayday 6: Taking post dinner able to get a good sleep and wake up early in the morning easily. able to sit for longer time.Day 7: Water retention in body increased and feeling hydrated.Day 8 : Spine And other joints are feeling loose and some pain is thereDay 9 : Able to see distant objects without strain. Benefitted for my eyes.Day 10: Some changes there in the bowel movement.Day 11. : toe Nails used to break vertically now they are healingDay 12: Throat muscles became active which were not used before.Overall it is good experience

Been using it for a year. If you don't want to get the fishy burps then follow the dose recommendation. Have it in the night post dinner and you are good to go.

Its always giving off a fishy odour and is therefore oxidised. Fresh oil never gives off smell. Oxidised oil will deteriorate your health further and cause memory loss and learning diabilities. Refrain from buying this product ever again. This company should be taken to court and sued. I am a medical student and am writing this after careful analysis. Kindly beware of such fraudulent companies and dont forget that you live in India where such companies easily get a pass to manufacture their products with gimmicked quality checks.

Very good product, my GP also liked the product. Strongly recommended for pregnant women. But to avoid the fishy burp take it an hour after heavy breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Otherwise it if taken with normal water in a full stomach will not digest easily.
