A good value, and effective treatment. Good for lower cost fish that might not warrant an expensive treatment for common diseases.

Love your Fish?
I try and keep this medication on hand. Very few pet stores carry a wide-spectrum antibiotic. And, if they do, they charge a bloody fortune. Amazon is very reasonably priced. Plus, as said, I try to make sure it;s always available at home.

Avoid Chemical Cures
It killed my rabbit snails. Rabbit snails are very beneficial. They eat algae and dig into down into the gravel to clean. They procreate very slowly and do not take over the tank as other snails tend to do.

Not very effective
So this stuff is a little more pricey than the stuff the pet store recommended and I have treated the water twice and had fish are still acting off so we used the stuff the pet store guy recommended and it worked Soo much better than this stuff I will not be back to get anymore.
