Pros : The product is good and works well in an average size bathroom. It has good suction power. It also looks premium and is good for the price Cons : Fingerprint marks are seen easily on the metal plate cover. Packaging came with a high sticky tape so the marks of the gum is removable but with a bit of difficulty. The fixing of the plate is slightly inconvenient as it locks from sliding it from the top so we have to look below the exhaust and check the angle exactly which is a bit of a hassle.

Very bad experience with Polycab customer service. The fan stopped working within warranty period. Complained the customer service. One guy came, checked and said it will be replaced. But after that closed the complaint without solution without informing us. After one month of not receiving any solution we tried again to contact the customer service. They reopened the complaint but even after two months of the second complaint no response. Even contacted the branch manager. He takes the call and just says I am looking into it. Each time.
