Not a source of Vitamin E
They are misleading by implying it a good source of Vitamin E. Vitamin E RDA is 22 IU and 500 mg of wheat germ oil has around 3 IU so unless you have 7 capsules it's no use. Most others have at least 10 IU to high dose ones with 400 IU. Avoid!

I had to return this since the capsules have gelatin ...
I had to return this since the capsules have gelatin content. I was having vitamin e capsules which cost me 36inr for 30capsules. I bought this supplement at high cost just to not consume gellatin. It should be clearly mentioned about gelatin in product prescriptions and should be marked as non vegetarian. Will save us from not buying and returning headache

Great supplement. I had developed dark rough patches on my skin on knuckles. Used all sorts or oils and cremes of no avail. After taking one pill in the morning daily for 10 days only, the skin condition has improved 90%. I think it must have done some good to other organs also.
