I bought this carpet cleaner at a very fair price in Amazon's sale. My main vacuum cleaner is a VAX and I like this brand so was confident it was a good buy. There are lots of different accessories which can be a little overwhelming initially but the cleaner proved very easy to put together. It came with a bottle of shampoo which lasted well. I managed to shampoo three carpets (living room/hall & bedroom) and there was still a good amount of shampoo left. All of these carpets were the same beige/fawn colour so were all light in colour. The cleaner refreshed and brightened up all of these carpets nicely. In addition, it did not leave my carpets sopping wet. The carpets dried out quite quickly. The general cleaner did not remove a stain on my living room carpet caused by my dog being sick so I will need to try the spot cleaner on that. Overall I was impressed at how easy and efficient this cleaner was to use and I ma happy to recommend it to others.

Did an excellent job of removing a stain created by my dog. The power scrub attachment, which is easy to use, is brilliant.The machine is a bit heavy, but seems much better built than my last Vax carpet cleaner which failed when a grommet broke and water leaked everywhere. The 6 year guarantee gives me peace of mind.It was easy to assemble, and the online videos are very good, taking you through the assembly, use, and cleaning of the machine.The handle comes off with an Allen key to make it easier to store the machine.

The carpet cleaner is reasonably heavy but as we expected. It is fairly easy to use and one of the main reason for selecting this Vax is that it works on all material carpets unlike some other carpet cleaner machines. The suction is strong and using the Vax carpet cleaner solution, it is effective in cleaning light marks on my rug.the dirty water is a show of how much dirt is removed and is the factor which made me realise I should have cleaned the carpets sooner. I have not got any dark stains anyway so unable to test for now. My other half cleaned the carpets using this Vax machine and felt the size is ideal as they managed to clean the bedroom carpets quickly. Drying time was quick which is very useful as we don't have to account for overnight dry time. The 6 year warranty fills me with ease and makes this carpet cleaner worthwhile.

Brilliant for the price had an issue with 1st one I bought, it didnt work straight oit the box been collected just waiting on the refund, re ordered yesterday and came today, its cleaned my carpet better than the more expensive vax one I had for £200

I am very happy with this item. I was a bit worried it wouldn’t work on my shag pile rugs, but it does !I have mainly wooden floors with a few rugs. I also have a dog, six cats and three tortoises who all lay on the rugs. The rugs are only 6 months old, but winter time really takes its toll, even though they are hoovered at least once a dayI was amazed at the dirt this got out of themBecause this is so much easier to use than my previous Vax, that wasn’t an upright one, it’s not a chore to clean the carpets more oftenIt is a little heavy, but I can cope with it quite easily, and I’m a female in my 70s.This is a solid item, but it’s easy to clean after use, then store away as you would a hooverVery glad I took a chance on this

Replaced my swan dirt master with this beast of a cleaner. The tanks are quite big which is great because I don’t need to refill/empty as often but yes it means that it becomes heavy. However, don’t let a bit of weight put you off buying one. My carpet was dry within 30 minutes max (so you can imagine the suction power on this thing!) which was even better as i didn’t have wet feet all day or patches that take too long to dry and end up a bit damp. On the other hand, having the shampoo dispense automatically is a game changer! No more over shampooing and finding out that you have more soap than carpet and you get the selection of a quick clean or deep clean. It is bulky but it’s 100% well worth small inconveniences for clean, dry carpets.

I bought this on 9th July this year and have been using it twice a week to clean the carpet from dog p. Unfortunately the on/off switch has broken, and I am back to smelly carpets.

Auf der Bestellung stand auch eindeutig, dass die Lieferung nach Deutschland geht – trotzdem wurde kein Adapter für deutsche Steckdosen mitgeschickt. Sehr ärgerlich, da man das Gerät so nicht direkt nutzen kann. Bei einer Lieferung nach Deutschland sollte ein passender Adapter selbstverständlich dabei sein. 🤷🏼🤔

Fantastic!The dirt that has come out of my carpets is just unbelievable (and quite disgusting!)One problem is the idiotic English three pronged plug AGAIN!!You should be informed that it is a three pronged plug!Luckily being English we had one on an English appliance.I have just ordered two to be on the safe side
