I recommend this product for the ease with which vegetables get steamed. Great way to cook healthy vegetables and cooks really fast! Family loves it. The only concern is that the vessels are not super sturdy and can get damaged if not handled with care.

The parts didn't fit well, had to return
The overall look and quality of the item was good. However, while I tried fitting all the components, they were loose and shaky when placed on top of each other. For further testing, I decided to boil water in the bottom container and as anticipated, the steam escaped from the sides. On closer scrutiny also found a very small crack in one of the containers (that was not the reason for the leaks). As it wasn't going to meet my purpose, had to return the item. Was pretty disappointed as I was all set to prepare dumplings in it.

Refund the amount and show the product to the manufacturer
In the first use itself black spots appeared on the bottom of base unit. It seems the steel used is sub standard. I am very much disappointed and surprised also as the manufacturer enjoys a good reputation for it's products.

M already a fan of Vinod products, earlier I had ordered Vinod nonstick kadhai.. M using it since last 2 years... And it's working very well.... Now it's my second product from Vinod and again it's a great product.... Quality and finish is very good as well as design is also good. It's a 3tier steamer and I had order it for making momos, fara, etc but the only problem is that I can't make idli in this steamer bcoz my idli stand is bigger in size in the comparison of this steamer, and the big thing is that we can use it at induction also..... and again a very good n fast delivery by Amazon and great packaging as well.... Thank you Amazon and Vinod.

Great steamer! Love it!
Fabulous steamer! Always amazes me that the handles don't get hot to touch. You could boil eggs in the base, then veg in the middle, I heat up the meat in the top. All on only one ring! Extremely cost effective.
