I bought this for use as reading stand because i have chronic neck/shoulder issues due to years of poor posture drooping down everytime i sit to study or do some work. Because of this stand , i can face straight at my book so i am hoping it will do wonders with my neck issue as time goes by.Regarding the PRICE of this item, which i bought for Rs.1059, i would say its a tad pricey and i am sure its much cheaper offline. BUT considering that amazon charges a hefty commission from sellers (around 30% on product price itself (Excluding amazon transportation charges), i would say its a decent price.Regarding STABILITY, it wobbles a bit when its extended to around the maximum height. But its ok. Can get used to it. Also it can handle a thick and heavy book which is great.So all in all, a good household item that can have a range of uses besides music sheet stand.

Excellent product
I got this for book reading during online presentation. It is sufficiently strong, hence i will try to use it for my drawing board. The bushing grip on legs are very good quality. Portable and can be collapsed and fit in the cupboard.

HEAVY NOTATION STAND
This notation stand is very sturdy and can easily handle the weight of a laptop as seen in pic. The height of the stand is very good i am 6.1 and i feel comfortable using it. Solid built. Value for money
