Can this will help for sticking two aluminium sheets ?

It can be used to stick any two materials. Once it is full set, it becomes very hard.I have tried with two wood pieces and wood with metal, I let it to set for 12 hrs (guess 2 to 3 hrs will do for reasonable setting), after which it became hard like iron. So very well, it can be used with aluminium sheets too.Hope I answered your question.

I guess you could - but it will take around 12 hours to cure and will not be transparent. There are much better alternatives for your purpose.
