Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 512GB Titanium Black Unlocked (Renewed)

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 512GB in Titanium Black (Renewed) and was honestly blown away by the entire experience. First off, Meelie Mobile delivered it incredibly fast — well within 24 hours, and on a Sunday too! That kind of service is rare these days, so I was already impressed before I even opened the box.When I did, the phone itself looked absolutely mint — not a scratch, scuff, or mark anywhere. If I didn’t know it was a renewed product, I’d have thought it was brand new straight from the factory. It powered on without issue and everything worked perfectly straight away.The camera quality is phenomenal — crystal clear photos, sharp zoom, and excellent low-light performance. The screen is bright and buttery smooth, and the overall speed of the phone is next-level. I had no trouble updating to One UI 7, and the Smart Switch transfer from my old Samsung was smooth and fast. All my apps, settings, and data came over without a hitch.The only indication that this was a renewed device came from the slightly worn packaging — but the phone itself was flawless. It didn’t include a SIM pin, but I already had one lying around, so no real issue there.Overall, I’m very pleased so far and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this phone or Meelie Mobile to anyone looking for a high-end device without paying full price. Fantastic value and service.

I bought a refurbished (renewed) S24 Ultra from a 3rd party seller called Super Tech Deals. The phone arrived relatively promptly, but the listing didn't say it didn't come with an original box.The phone booted up okay, but it wouldn't fast charge. However, I felt I could live with this and I had recently had a phone stolen and just wanted to have a decent phone to use for a while. Within a few days, the USB port on the phone would not recognise external devices (such as microphones, and could not be connected to a PC).Shortly after this, the USB port became intermittent when charging the phone, and then eventually wouldn't work at all.I restored to using a wireless charger (a high speed one), and again the phone would only charge slowly, and would stop charging if it was moved even by a millimetre.I had enough, and decided to return the phone.The seller, Super Tech Deals, received the item promptly (as I used next day delivery). However, I had to contact them well over a week later to determine the status of my return. They claimed that the phone was working perfectly fine (not correct), that they had emailed me already (I have checked all of my emails addresses, and Amazon messages, nothing there), and tried to claim I sent the phone back outside of the 30 day warranty period (it was about 3 weeks overall). They are refusing to issue a refund, and have not responded to my last message after 2 days.The S24 Ultra is a great phone, the one I had stolen was one of the best phones I have had. However, if you are buying a renewed one, DO NOT get it from Super Tech Deals as the items are not as described and their customer service is awful...

The only imperfection was on the back of the phone, some hardly visible dots from previous case using, which cannot be cleaned. Except from this, the phone looks like brand new with no scratches on the camera lens and display and the battery is good.

Very good phone so happy i went for it

The item was almost exactly as described. It performs excellent and everything was good as described. The storage is 512GB as I selected and the Ram is 12GB. The camera lens worked excellent and perform well better compared to my previous iPhone 12 Pro Max I had. Only two things were a bit bad which were the tiny mark damage around the frame and the phone was slightly dirty not professionally cleaned before delivering. I’d didn’t mind about the tiny damage around the frame as I covered it using a phone case. It came with a charging cable as described however I decided not to use the charger because it was from a third party seller known as VEN-DENS. Instead I purchased a separate charger directly from the Samsung brand with an adapter included that is compatible and safe to use daily with this device.

Let me start off right away that i was very sceptical about the entire process of buying from a seller and not through Samsung direct..i can assure everybody..I would buy from this seller in a heartbeat again..i genuinely thought ..what if I get some piece of rubbish and I have go through the process of trying to get my money back..nothing of the sort happened, speedy delivery..admittedly..in a white box and not the original samsung box..USB cable, and a sim pin. The S24 Ultra is in MINT condition, not a mark on it..and I seriously went over it before I did anything..I'm beyond happy with this phone, easy to set up, easy to use..and better than £600+ saved by buying this phone this way, than through the normal channels.Comes with 1 years Warranty which also settled the nerves...I'll upgrade next year with these guys for the S25 Ultra they're that trustworthy..

Upon inspection, the device arrived in poor Londitl. The camera lens showed significant wear and tear. The S Pen was iammed in its slot and bore deep scratches, suggesting an attempt to forcefullv remove it; furthermore, the pen's color did not match the handset. While the chassis was fortunately free of maior dents, the display was disappointing, exhibiting a noticeable bluish tint on white grounds.
