Useless cooling plates
The cooling plates are not connected to anything that will make them cool. They are just inactive pieces of metal that will assume and keep the same temperature as that of the surroundings. The product description refers to the cooling plate temperature as ice cold. That is false. In contrast the neck coolers / air conditioners that have working cooling plates that actually get cold use the Peltier effect and have their metal plate/plates connected thermally and mechanically to the cold side of a thermocouple junction. This device does not have any such cooling apparatus inside.

Neck Fan
I purchased this FrSara Bladeless Wearable Neck Fan and I am glad I did. We visited a Theme Park and this help make my day with the grandkids enjoyable. I took it straight from the package and put it on without having to charge it. We were at the park for more than six (6) hours and it stopped. There were many that wanted to know where I got it due to the beautiful color (purple). Thank you and the price was not bad at all.

It’s very sturdy and the color is cute. The charge lasts a while. The fan definitely keeps you cool. It has 3 different modes.
