Good nutrition
I keep cichlids for over 5 years and always use this food. Brings nice colour to fish and my fishes like it. Use to buy in shop but they not sell it anymore, so had to buy it here :)

Solid choice for Mbuna
Purchased for my Mbuna tank. I feed new life spectrum as the staple diet but mix in different flakes after the pellet feedings as a supplemental dietary item. Ingredients list is solid. Flakes are greedily eaten. I would say since I’ve been using this ( about a month or so) it’s prob their favorite flake

Crumbs not flakes
While item was what I needed and overall quality of the food was great, it did not come in flakes but rather specles of vegi food by the time it was shipped. If it were flakes and not crumbs I would give it a 5.
