TAME Adjustable Band Station, Resistance Band Wall Anchor for Resistance Band Exercises, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Warmups, and Athletic Training

I recently installed this in my garage so my son and I could use my power bands for more exercises. It works awesome. The clasp slides fluidly up and down the track, then you screw it in place to whatever angle you want to set it at. We do chest presses, back rows, and my baseball playing son even practices pitching with it. This is a must have if you’ve got any kind of stretch/power bands with handles.

It was easy to hang. I ended up buying a second hook and band hanger on their website.The second hook will allow the band length to be adjusted by anchoring it on one hook and routing it through another.Thanks for making this in the US! I'm an estimator at a precision fab shop in NC. I can't tell you how heartbreaking it is to put hours into quoting a project, just to be told China is currently selling them that product for less then I can buy the material.I'll happily spend a few extra bucks for US made.

Build it yourself with stuff from homedepot/lowes.

Mounted in my finished basement. It has been great to use before/during my workouts. Since I've had it, I started doing some PT exercises for my shoulder and the ability to the change the height really helps.
