Perfect Fridge/Freezer for Truck Drivers & Meal Preppers
I’m a truck driver and this fridge/freezer has been a game changer for me. It cools down quickly, but just don’t overpack so the air can circulate between items. The dual-zone design is incredibly convenient — I freeze my meal-prepped dinners in one side and keep my lunch meat, condiments, and drinks chilled in the other. Each zone can be set independently as a fridge or freezer, so I have complete control over the temperatures instead of being stuck with a preset. It runs very quietly, and I hardly notice it when I’m sleeping. The battery saver function is excellent too, shutting off automatically to prevent draining the battery — and in my semi it pairs perfectly since my truck recharges itself if needed. I bought the 48-quart size and it easily fits all my weekly food, helping me eat healthier and save money on the road. The build is solid, and the wheels and handle make it easy to move around when I need to. For anyone who meal preps, travels, or just wants a reliable, versatile fridge/freezer on the go, this is absolutely worth it.

Solid Dual-Zone Fridge for Trips, Surprisingly Quiet
I’ve been using this 80QT BODEGACOOLER on weekend drives and it’s been pretty reliable. The dual-zone setup is convenient—I keep drinks on one side and frozen snacks on the other, and both hold temperature well even after long hours. The app control is handy when I’m in the driver’s seat and don’t want to reach back. The wheels and retractable handle make it easier to move than I expected, though it does feel a bit heavy when fully loaded. One small drawback is that the lid needs a firm press to close properly. Overall, a practical fridge/freezer for road trips and home backup use. Quiet, efficient, and gets the job done without much hassle.

Great quality upon initial reception!
I love this thing already. Will use it over the Christmas break for our family trip and hopefully it’ll work flawlessly. Seems very nice quality and easy to use. Cooled down from 63* F to 0* and 35* (L and R) within 45 minutes on a warm 75* day here in Cali. 5/5 would recommend.

Works, with quirks
Bought for those times when lodgings don't have a fridge, don't have one as they advertised, or we show up and their fridge doesn't have a freezer compartment, or it doesn't work, and there's no working ice machine. This freezer is heavy-ish, so my bad shoulder complains as I load it into / remove it from the SUV. And that's without contents. But, it's a refrigerator / freezer, so the weight is to be expected. And, it's not far off from a Yeti. The baskets are handy for quickly removing / adding content so I can load / remove the freezer empty; however, basket corners could be a bit better, as water bottles can fall through where the wiring is spaced wider than at the sides. Some attention to loading required to prevent chasing water bottles across the parking area. Versatile; I like that either compartment can be cooler / freezer. The app labels each side left / right; that can be confusing if you flip the lid around. Would have been less confusing to this user to label the compartments small / large. The app is much easier to use than the control panel. I use 4 deg F for my freezer setting, and 35 deg F for my cooler setting. The freezer cools in 15 minutes of so. But, that doesn't mean the freezer / cooler contents are cool / cold yet. It takes several hours to freeze / refreeze my water bottles, which I then use as ice in in unpowered coolers. Same for cold packs. When power is removed from this cooler it warms up above safe food temps relatively quick, in just a couple of hours; it's not a Yeti. The lid changes direction pretty easy; convenient when I move it to a different place in the SUV. Keeping the vents clear to prevent a compressor overheat requires a little forethought; can't just pile luggage or other bags against those areas. The telescoping handle, in it's retracted position, protrudes a bit farther than needed, can limit vehicle placement in some instances. The handle does telescope very easily, and is good and sturdy. Wheels work well on pavement and turf. I haven't used it in sand, but wheel width & diameter suggest it could be a small struggle in sand. I bought 2 Euhomy Car Refrigerator, Refrigerator battery with 12/24V DC and 120-240V AC, Freezer Fridge Cooler, for Car, RV, Camping and Home Use to use with this freezer. Those batteries charge and work with the freezer, with quirks. The first quirk is that external power is required to get the freezer on, then the charged battery takes over after the external power is disconnected; I can't just stick in a charged battery and expect the freezer to power on like it does from a corded power source. The second quirk is that the battery cut-off voltage has to be set in the freezer app; if I forget and leave the cut-off setting on the higher value (for car batteries), the freezer and battery combo cuts off after just a couple of hours. Some user attention is required to ensure the cut-off voltage is set in the app to match the battery source, and get a longer cooling period. So, use it, but don't forget it. I also stuck on some reflective tape, for those times I might be wheeling the dark blue freezer across a parking lot after sunset. Had to use double-sided tape, as the stock adhesive-backingnreflective tape wouldn't stay stuck to this freezer plastic on it's own.

backup fridge work well
I purchased this car refrigerator as a backup in case of a power outage, as well as for camping or long-distance driving. The size just fits in the trunk. I use a 12V plug-in wall at my office conference room with some drinks and dessert. set up temperate as 40F. kept everying nice and cold. no one would hear noise when turn on. I didnt use phone app cus it only allow to connect 2.4g ( we have 5g only) which is saddly. it has been a week and works well.

Not quite to advertised specs: lowest temp +14F at 2kWh per day.
This is for the 115Qt model. $900, one would expect the thing to be almost perfect. Not quite. The manual is a bad translation from Chinese. Barely understandable. I thought those were all in the past, apparently not. This has 2 compartments. When turned on, only one compartment was getting cold. Looked like a problem. But after first compartment got cold, then the cooling switched to the second one. The manual does not mention this. The advertised temp range is down to -4F. Turns out, no way. The coldest that this gets is about 14F, at which point the compressor runs continuously but the temp does not get any colder. After 12 hours at a constant power consumption of about 90W, (2000 Wh per day) the compressor is still running, the temp is 14F and the lids are cold. So that is where the cold is going to. Conclusion: the lids are insufficiently insulated and the compressor is underpowered. And with power consumption of 2000 Wh per day, bring a generator, or at least a 400W solar panel. Just my experience. A bit disappointed, but will deal with it. After further experience, here is an update. The compressor runs most of the time using about 100W, for total power consumption of 2400 Wh per day. This is more than my big fridge at home. If you go camping, you will need a generator running all the time. The internal temperature claimed is about 10 degrees higher than the actual temperature. For example the unit claims that the R compartment is at 20F but the actual temperature is 32F. If you do not know this and set the temperature, lets say, to 38F, your food will go bad because the actual temperature would be 48F. There was another review claiming such experience. The lids and the seals are inadequate and that is where a lot of cold air leaks out. That may be one reason why the coldest that this thing is able to do is about 18F. In summary, this is an expensive piece of junk, completely unsuitable for it's intended purpose. After some experimentation I finally figured it out. The problem depends on the ambient temperature. If I set the temperature to 0 degrees, the coldest that the freezer gets is as follows: With the fridge in the shade and the lids are never opened and the the compressor running 100% of the time. Outside temp Lowest freezer temp 75 F 0 F 85 F +17 F 90 F +20 F In summary, this takes as much power as a house fridge (maybe more) and does not cool enough because of two reasons: 1. The insulation is inadequate 2. The compressor is undersized. The customer service experience was also unique. They wanted a video, but the (video) attachments were disabled (intentionally??) in the messages that I tried to send to them. After a few back & forth messages and hours of wasted time, they just unceremoniously closed the case without explanation.

Excellent fridge & freezer for camping and vanlife
There are several brands that sell this exact fridge. The battery is separate and the cheapest I have found one on Amazon is $99 but it's worth it to have the battery. This fridge is absolutely worth the money. No more dealing with ice melting and getting all your food soggy! It's roomy enough to store food for a couple weeks of boondocking. The fact that you have a freezer is a huge upgrade from camping with a cooler full of ice. Now you can make ice, keep ice cream and freeze pops, and freeze meat. Pair it with a vacuum sealer to keep your fruits and veggies longer. I buy shredded lettuce for tacos (also because it's already washed) and with a vacuum sealer it will keep for a week or more vs just a few days without. 100% my highest recommendation. Go ahead and buy it, you will be very happy with your purchase!

Satisfied with this purchase!
This BODEGA portable car fridge/freezer is extremely well built and feels very solid and durable. The large capacity with the dual-zone, dual-lid design is very convenient—it keeps food well organized and prevents odors from mixing. Cooling performance is excellent. It cools down quickly and maintains a stable temperature, whether for drinks, frozen food, or long trips. The wheels are very sturdy and roll smoothly, making it easy to move even when the unit is fully loaded. The handle design is practical and comfortable. It runs quietly and doesn’t disturb daily use or rest. Overall, this is a high-quality cooler designed for camping, road trips, and family storage. Great value for the price and highly recommended.
