Morphy Richards 23 L Convection Microwave Oven (23MCG, Black)

We are using it for nearly last one year and it is a product which is worth for money.Pros:1. Nice build quality.2. Easy to operate and lasting switches and controls.3. Quick heating of food.Cons:1. Grill is not something of great use. Takes a lot of time. Probably same with most of MCG ovens.2. Not that easy to find the different cooking options even though it supports a lot many combinations.3. Demo was not that elaborate and it was little painful to get a demo arranged as the service is provided by Bajaj. Morphy Richards doesn't have direct support in India.Overall we are delighted to use this product and great experience.

Good buy at given price

Excellent Product, Marketed by Bajaj in India. I took from Cloudtail. Better priced for the features available with 2 years Warranty.The best thing I noticed is the Royal look, with its Mirror Glass Door and Hidden LED displays. All easy driven menus and operations.I had tested all the options, It is working wonderful. Easy to clean as the cavity is made of brushed Steel.I will suggest my friend to have it.

I got Morphy Richards microwave deal at just 6500 Rs in wattadeal festival of amazon. As usual on time product delivery with very care and not any kind of damage with courier. This product is very very very good. It is a combo of micro + grill/convection with 10 auto cook menu and easy to use.Once i received product i called morphy richards customer care for a demo and they gave me free demo on the next day.

Product is very good, AMAZON delivery service is really in time. Product functions as per guidelines and works very good. The only problem is the microwave upper case got little bit damage while transportation. I think heavy weight goods get damage while transportation, and we can't do anything for that, only can be replaced or returned. Else AMAZON should ensure tight & lot of safety packaging for the heavy weight product.... But leaving that damage thing, product, service & price got the BEST.....

Complete Value for Money (Though Buttons could have been better But Got it at superb pricing of 7999 on Dhanteras Sale. So No Complaints :D :D). Thank You Amazon.

My family don't use microwave frequently, but we use it most of the time. I would say build quality is good and do its job fine.Pros: Do job fine, minimal controls, easy to clean.Cons: At the same price range other microwaves are also available with the microwave utensils and more functions to cook the items plus videos are also available for other product when compared to this.My mother says this microwave is not good, due to its lack of features that her friends microwave have, plus there are no-utensils provided with it hence makes us lack to use full features. (Suggestion: Listen to your mother!)but in 3 years of usage it never went broken-down/ or required company technician (Achievement for me as it saves lot of time and extra effort to get it repaired).Confess: I thought I will buy microwave utensil set after this microwave which I didn't do and used my previous microwave utensils. It would recommend to buy a product with the utensils with it (paid or free), because after delivery you wont like to spend money on it.

Extremely easy to use.Sufficiently big.Elegant looks.the door is a dust n fingerprint magnet so needs a wipe daily to retain the classy look.You'll find almost all features you will ever want, present.Best cost to quality ratio.The only 'potential' issue i think is that Morphy Richards service center is probably outsourced to a 3rd party vendor in Pune, who also provide service to Bajaj.All in all, its the best deal you can have.
