The Best!
Using this knife for almost 5 years now. Still works like a charm.Best knife I own for cutting ginger, garlic, onions & peeling tomatoes.Totally worth the hype & the price!

Tourné Knife
Bought the knife after seeing a video extolling the virtues of a Tourné Knife. After using the knife for a while now, I don’t think there's a better way to peel garlic cloves, onions, and shallots. There may be a lot of other uses in a professional kitchen, but in a home kitchen, it is a nice knife to have.

Sharp and small knife with a good handle grip.Not ideal for cutting large vegetables, good for cutting fruits and salads. Good handle grip and concave blade makes it ideal for cutting anything with quite a force.I use it for more like a unboxing knife it's quite handy and sharp to does the job.Edges blunt very soon but still working good.

Best quality and great for holding and cutting beans or lady finger. Effortless in cutting and makes job much more pleasant than my old knife. Spend a bit extra because these are great

Only demerit is it's sharpness, if slips while working may injure you.

If you're buying it as a pairing knife, would suggest a slightly longer blade.
I bought 5 knives for my kitchen and this was the only one that didn't live upto the hope. The curved blade is too small. Wished I'd purchased one with a slightly longer blade but it's still used regularly and cuts just fine. Unless you have a specific use in mind, I'd recommend getting something with a blade that's an inch longer.
