I bought this product because I wanted the two-motor differential control. I'm keeping it as a C17 because it flies VERY WELL. No, it doesn't do loops and rolls, but it does get off the ground well (Performs a JATO - Like take-off from a standing start.) In the air, throttling down will level the airplane out. Turns are gentle, with a turning radius of about 20 - 30 Feet (10 Meters or so). Landing is simple - Aim the airplane at the runway and gently throttle down to establish a good glide slope - and it will land well. Flying time is about 10 Minutes on a charge. It takes about 30 - 40 minutes to recharge - so I recommend extra batteries. It does come un-assembled - so some assembly is necessary. My plane came well packaged, and everything was straight and true - no flight trim adjustment was necessary. Awesome given the plane has the scale anhedral wing. Hints: Read the building instructions before building, and trial fit everything before gluing. I nearly glued the rudder fin on the fuselage - this is meant to be a "friction fit" to allow adjustment. The manual's instructions for setting this angle based on the local altitude was spot on. This plane does take a large field to fly in - A baseball diamond, soccer or football field is ideal. Not for small backyard flying. Pluses: Lots of Power to climb, long flight time, relatively easy to fly. Durable - The EPP foam is strong and takes a lot of knocks. Minuses: Did not come with glue. I used FoamTac, - Use foam safe adhesive to assemble and repair. When landing - at very low throttle settings, using the right / left controls will cause the plane to surge in the turn direction. Best to come in with a small amount of throttle. I would not recommend this for a complete beginner. It would be great for a father-son project. It does take some skill to fly. Fly in a large clear area for the first flights. For the money - it is a great little flyer and looks realistic in the air!

I ordered this as it was reviewed by some instagrammer. when I opened the box, it is packed very well but the overall quality felt very cheap, the remote also felt very cheap. Assembling the plane takes some time as it is straight forward but the fuselage and the wings are so delicate that you may break something. Wiring up the motherboard to the wings was a challenge as it was very delicate. The screws are so small that you really have to pay well attention during the setup. Plane flew decent but not satisfactory. This could have been at $20 price for the build quality and the setup. I returned it after a day

Great little plane… easy to fly and durable

Wheels were the first part to fall off. They’re just held on by a little metal. Also Used gorilla glue to hold parts on and they still fell off. Cheap parts for sure. Battery doesn’t last very long either. Would have rather have saved a little more money and Purchased something better.

Easy to fly. People saying that it has a very wide turning radius have not discovered the button on the remote labeled “rates” (“big rudder mode” in the manual). Unfortunately quality does seem a bit hit and miss. We have purchased two of these and the only problem is the main wing was a bit warped. Not a hard fix if you know what you’re doing but most people won’t. I’ve seen other reviews where people ended up with one bad motor or missing parts so just keep that in mind and be prepared to return it for another one. But when you get a good one, it’s a pretty awesome little plane.
