Terrible experience with product. Even worse with the service. I suggest customers to be careful buying Bajaj electrical products. The product failed within a few months of buying. They couldn't resolve the problem. Finally replaced. Within 4 months the door hinge came off. Now they are asking me to replace the door at a cost equivalent to almost 50% of the cost of the OTG. Very horrible experience
