I hadn't imagined how much I would love this product. Have always wanted a wet grinder for my kitchen needs but the dosa batter made in this just exceeded my expectations. It hardly makes any noise, gives the perfect batter within 20 min and if managed well, is quite easy to clean and maintain. I just love this product, it's my best friend now. My batters are all home made now with no soda and preservatives and have the perfect texture. The only feedback is that the upper cover is a bit thin plastic and weak, can break if not handled with care.

Looks price little high but all other functions and quality is good

Very disappointed with the quality.. I brought 2Ltr capacity grinder this 1 month back.. used it just once.. for first time felt that my desicion was wise as the quality of grinding was smooth and sound level was also minimum level which was not very disturbing.. but the 2nd time when I loaded the grinder with just 1ltr of rice and dal.. the knib which connects the stone and the steel vessel got stuck making some grrrr sound and broke. I couldn't return as the replacement window was closed.. now I need to call for customer service for repair.. Didn't expect quality was so low graded.. which couldn't take the weight of just 1kg.

Delivery: Since the product had to be shipped from South India, it took it's time - but arrived as per the schedule. I had to return this because I didn't find the user guide, warranty card and the batter cleaner in the box. Packaging First time it arrived in it's original box. Second time it arrived in Amazon package box. Second time all parts arrived intact. Even the delivery person ensured the same. Thermocoal was protecting the grinder very well. Return process: Amazon was cordial in replacing the product. No further questions asked by them. There was some misunderstanding but rectified later with subsequent calls. Unpacking & How to start: The user guide is enough to get you started. The tips in the guide was written lucidly and was easy to follow. I found it very easy to use. Noise: Not as noisy as a mixie. But some whirring noise in the beginning which reduces once the batter is made. Smell I found no smell at all. Light smell is there but I hope it goes away with more use in the future. Cleaning: The drum is easy to clean and assemble. The grinder stones can be lifted off and replaced like a blender blade. The drum as mentioned can be used for storage of batter as well. The batter is made within 30 minutes. Leave the lid on and carry on with your work! Dosa and Idli turned out very well. They are very airy and very soft. I had bought this after Amazon recommended it as the best seller among grinders. I just blindly bought it trusting it's ratings. I am very happy with the purchase. Value for money!! I would strongly recommend it to all Dosa and Idli making homes!

Working good, but missing the spatula and user manual; they are mentioned in the product description. Lid quality could be better for this price range. It's a very delicate plastic.

Grinding stone is broken. Couldn't grind well.
