It is very durable; it has a rubber edging so if it falls it does not dent. It also dings a few times when the timer goes off but then stops so you don't want to be near it to turn it off.

I love it! It’s incredibly durable. It’s taken many a spill from the table whether from accidentally knocking it over or big feelings leading to some not so nice treatment of the timer. The alarm is loud enough to hear but not enough to give you a jump start and it doesn’t go on for too long. Definitely one of the most utilized tools in my class room.

The timer stopped working 6 days after the return period ended. Very disappointing! I specifically chose this timer over the other "alphabet soup" brands making knockoffs, but maybe I should have gone with a cheaper version. Until it stopped working, I enjoyed that the timer didn't tick and that the alarm wasn't persistent.

Works well with a pleasant but loud beep. My tot does well responding to this and understands the times well with the simple design. Also feels like good durable quality.

This is a review for TIME TIMER 30 Minute MOD Education Edition ⁠— Visual Timer with Desktop Software for Kids Classroom Learning, Session Timer, Study Tool and Office Meetings with Silent Operation (30min) This is the second visual timer I’ve gotten for our family. The first one was a 60-minute timer made by another manufacturer. This 30-minute timer is SUCH a good addition to our collection! It messes with my head a little bit because the numbers get larger as you go counterclockwise (and that’s opposite of the other visual timer we have), but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. I love that you can turn the beeping noise on or off with the little switch on the back and that it only takes one AA battery (and that the battery door is affixed so it won’t go missing—and you don’t need a screwdriver to open that little door). The knob in the center is a little bit hard to grip/turn, in my opinion. Overall, though, we’re pretty pleased with this timer and I have many happy pomodoro sessions planned for myself when the kids go back to school this fall.
