Ease of installation & Water flow
This will probably sound like an exaggeration but I was so thoroughly impressed by this shower head. I bought others through amazon itself with which I was quite disappointed but this purchase was a pleasant surprise. The shower head itself is elegantly designed for easy installation with ergonomic tightening during installation of the product, which itself was seemless. The shower itself - this is the best part of the product. I have a pressure pump installed for the supply in the bathroom and the flow through all 3 of the nozzles is incredibly refreshing; it is directed towards you without an excessive splash zone. I would highly recommend this product as it is excellent value for money and a very satisfying experience.

I like this brand as i earlier use other products but this time bit dissappointed. Front part of shower head is good but problem arises in the second part. Its made of very cheap plastic only coated with chrome finish. When i tried to tight lil bit as water is leaking and its not tight enough to hold, its just cracked and all money wasted as its definitely not covered under warranty. By gods grace i still have the old one whose back part is made of brass and i just used it as its universal size. Now its perfectly run and shower is good enough. But if i dont have the old one than my whole money is going to waste. So hopefully Alton should lil bit invest in the back part and stop giving cheap plastic.

Highly not recommended
ALTON SHR20725 ABS, 4-INCH, 3-Function was delivered on 20th April 2025, got it installed on 1st May 2025. It was working fine but suddenly on 6th May water started coming from all sides of top. Thought it might be loose from the top head but after checking I found its leaking from rotating ball and flow increased next day. It's not stopping now. Can't use this product any more.. seems a waste of money.

works fine does its job in short term usage
little bit low pressure, also cannot combine modes , rest all good. works fine. As intrnded. long term usage is pending so will update once time passes about scaling or deposits and blockage etc.
