I’ve mostly moved to dish soap and vinegar, but there are a few chemicals I keep around for tougher problems. La’s Totally Awesome works especially well at removing dried on dry erase marker residue. It’ll make your white board look brand new. Note that this comes in a concentrate, both in the small and large bottles, so you’ll need another spray bottle if you plan to dilute it per the instructions.

Love this stuff, helps strip paint off of models so nicely especially if you have a Sonic cleaner

This product is the best cleaning product I’ve ever used. It cuts through saturated grease so easily and also destroys soap scum. Great for pots and pans, oven cleaning or scrubbing the tub. It does contain a chemical that irritates the throat (much like oven cleaner) but this isn’t dangerous, it’s just an irritant. It’s worth it for the cleaning power of this product.

I do love this stuff! Mix it to whatever strength you need and it does the job. The only multi purpose cleaner I use.
