The headset is great quality and is working as described. Sound is very good and better than others including a Plantronics that I have had earlier. The support is very good. Send them a whatapp or call and they always respond. I had an issue in that the pause function was not working on the Multi function button of the device. They asked me to check on another bluetooth device in order to first localize the problem. I did that on an Ipad and it was working fine.Thus the issue was my Redmi Note 3 and some bluetooth setting. Rebooted the phone and everything worked fine once again.

If you manage to unroll the spring action type wire band that holds bothe ear pieces ( it could get difficult sometimes to put on the headphone when you suddenly want to wear it while doing some task say driving or reading) then this product by far one of best Bluetooth I ever had. Exceptional clarity of sound both reception and delivery. Receiver never had any complaint to hear me even when I am driving with winds blowing etc.

Product was good initially, like for 2 months. But everything worsened afterwards and finally was useless in 4 months. Not what I expected at that cost.

Wonderful ear sets i needed it for my cycling and walking routine. I happen to buy this just looking at positive reviews on amazon. As i recvd this set i was not able to connect it. I had just dropped a msg on whats app about the same. I recvd called next day simply guided how to connect in seconds. Impressed with its sound and bass. The grip to the ears is perfect. And Phone calling and recvg is so wonderful could chat for long without any disturbence. Very handy and perfect case they have given. Go for it.

The build quality of the product is very good. The audio quality when listening to media is also awesome. However, there is an issue when it comes to the quality of sound of voice calls. I get to hear a digitised robotic voice from the other side even when the device is fully charged and is within 1 metre radius of the paired equipment.

After having used for a year, I would recommend this headphone. The sound effect is gud enough and clear. Though I am not technically gud in describing the equaliser effects, I would say that this is the best headphone I have ever used. It gives more than 7 hrs of talk time and charges quickly. The ease of use and comfort in terms of space management comparing with the bulkier headphones is an added advantage. The disadvantage I felt was that while on calls there has been distortion’s and breaks in call

Good battary backup and 6. A useful multifunction button What else one should expect from a bluethooth device like this. You will love to use it everywhere , be it a Gym, while Jogging, Travelling, in Office or simply sitting on your couch and enjoying music. Those who are looking for a quality stuff below 3K budget..It's a must go device.

Quality was cable is poor...broken after 2 months...in the place where cable joins the head piece...blue tooth pairing is hassle free....requires to be charged after about 120 min usage
