The product was excellent the delivery was shocking was told it was coming between 1040 and 1340 didn’t show finally arrived at 2030 lost are whole day at the weekend so pissed off

I was genuinely looking forward to receiving this iron and was excited to try it out upon arrival. However, there were a few aspects that did not meet my expectations. Firstly, the product images were somewhat misleading, as they suggested that the power cord could be wrapped around the iron’s base for storage, which is not actually possible. This may be a minor issue for some, but it affects the overall convenience and storage of the device. The iron itself is lightweight, which can be beneficial for ease of handling, but in this case, it also gave the product a somewhat flimsy feel that raised concerns about durability. In terms of performance, the continuous steam function worked effectively and provided consistent output. However, I encountered an issue when using the steam burst feature, instead of delivering a concentrated shot of steam, the iron released a noticeable amount of water, which compromised its intended functionality. Additionally, I observed that condensation from the steam tended to collect around the buttons located on the back of the iron. This raised some safety concerns, as moisture in that area may pose a risk during use. While the iron has some strengths, particularly in its continuous steam capability, I believe there are areas where the design and functionality could be improved to enhance both safety and user experience.

Good iron for the price. Previously had teal but much bigger. This is fine for just the two of us

Please open and try before return date as I did not. Used once and sent back as not that great and no where to store lead. On return delivered to Nextdoor and not had told me, so I spoke to online and asked what the outcome was and still no answer apart from item retuned. Box was damaged on return and not as clean as I sent back as it was new and I keep things clean. For the money I thought it would be a lot better as I have had Tafal steam generator twice before and were fare superior than this one. Not that safe putting back on stand in between ironing because has to now sit in a holder very clumsy when not in use, will have to put up with that!. I love ironing but this is the worst that I have ever bought. The iron also hurts my thumb when holding it where the others never have.

I would not recommend this iron. I had 3 steam generators in the past 12 years and they were all great. This one i could tell isn't right from day 1. After a few months struggle we had it send back and "repaired" but even though it came back with a new lead and pump apparently, work as bad as before. Now looking at buying a different make something we had before and know will be fine.

Perfect condition. Very easy to use

There's things I love and don't like so much. Works great on higher heat settings - linen cotton etc. glides easily and works so so so well!! On lower heat like wool, synthetics sometimes it'll just leak water instead of releasing steam. Apparently known issue.
