Everything about this product is very good. Worth buying

The overall product is good in quality. A bit thick base would have been better. The base is not 100% flat in my case and flexes if pressed with hands but works on induction. All 3 trays are good in quality and the size of molds are medium. The cooker is a bit big and tall. The Lid of this cooker will come off a bit on its on due to pressure to give way to steam. It makes yummy idlis after 10 mins approx.There are some quality check issues it seems . The cooker i got had some black marks and some grease like marks/fingerprints on them . How can you send something like this as new to customers ?

Good product and reasonably priced. I was looking for a idli maker with no plastic in it and so went with this one. It is very practical and functional. The idli plates are spaced well and therefore prevents sticking to the top plate when they cook. I would have given it a five star but for the fact that the packaging could have been done a bit better. It arrived with a dent at the bottom of the vessel. It doesn't affect the performance of the cooker as such but makes you think whether the dent occurred in transit or if the piece was originally a damaged one. If you could use some extra packaging to prevent damage during transit that would be great. Overall a good product.
