Colour change black to silver
I purchased an Armani Exchange watch for โน17,000, expecting good quality and durability from a reputed brand. However, within a short period of around 8 months, the black colour on the watch started fading completely.Black colour change to silver. When I approached them for a replacement, I was asked to pay an additional โน5,000. I find this extremely disappointing for a โน17,000 branded watch. I send to service , asked is this original they said , if it is not, they didnโt take . If a watch costing โน17,000 loses its colour within a months and the customer is then asked to pay another โน5,000, it is very disappointing and does not feel worth the money. I would strongly suggest customers carefully consider the quality and warranty coverage before purchasing. No one buy.
