Disappointed product and customer service of singer machine
The media could not be loaded. The product is broken the machine is broken the box is broken and if you complain to company or their customer service they didn’t respond well so I’m very disappointed after buying this product the warranty period is not mentioned in product details and the warranty period is only for showing because if you complain about anything than they didn’t respond well

Wastage of Money
I regret that I purchased this item that too of 5000 something. This is so bad. Sometimes its needle is broken and sometimes it is not working. Very poor quality. I appeal everyone out there who are thinking of buying this machine please don't buy this is just a wastage of money.

Cheap Plastic quality of M/c base & hood cover.
Singer make Tailor Delux unit pack M/C top hood cover found crack towards one of the corner due of cheap Plastics. Which is not acceptable from a brand like Singer.Poor plastic quality M/C base & hood cover ruin this typical brand
